Property Concepts, Inc. was founded in 1986 by William Satrom in the heart of Pioneer Square. Starting in the historic Pioneer Building, the company quickly established itself as a trusted partner in property management by leveraging William's extensive experience in home contracting, association management, and real estate services.
Over the years, our company has evolved through significant milestones. In the early 1990s, our dedicated Accounting Manager joined the team, solidifying our financial expertise. By the late 90s, the addition of Senior Association Managers further enhanced our comprehensive management approach. In July 2000, we moved into a beautifully remodeled craftsman-style home in West Seattle-our headquarters to this day.
Our commitment to open communication, proactive service, and long-term stability has set us apart in the industry. With a close-knit team and decades of combined experience, we have managed many communities for over 25 years. This legacy of trust and excellence continues to guide our mission as we write the next successful chapters in our clients' property stories.
